Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to enhance the visual and interactive experience of their onboarding and underwriting platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from user research to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system with a modular component library
• Transform complex data into intuitive dashboards and conduct usability testing to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms
• 3+ years in a high-growth startup environment with a focus on design strategy
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience building and maintaining comprehensive design systems
• A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to solve complex workflow problems through design
