Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to support the DoD in building a next-generation Air Force aircraft maintenance application.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user-centered interfaces for an aircraft maintenance platform
• Translate operational workflows into clear, usable interface designs
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital applications
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and deliverables
• Experience with user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive visual experiences
