Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to support a federal enterprise modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX strategy for enterprise contact center and related digital systems
• Conduct user research activities and translate business requirements into user-centered designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design fidelity and support usability testing

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional UI/UX experience, particularly in enterprise system implementations
• Experience designing for complex operational environments like contact centers or service platforms
• Strong portfolio of wireframes, prototypes, and implemented UI solutions
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
