Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the UI/UX design process from concept through execution, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to guide design development
Mentor junior UI/UX designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and processes

Required Qualifications

BA/BS in Graphic Design or a related field
5+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience, with exposure to both B2C and B2B products preferred
Knowledge of design thinking or human-centered design principles
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD and/or Figma
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS is a plus
