Job Summary

Senior UI/UX Designer is a full-time position focused on leading design for Complex Claims and Underpayments, enhancing user experiences and optimizing workflows in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UI/UX strategy and establish design standards across platforms
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences and conduct user research
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure practical and scalable design solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design of complex systems or workflows
• Proficiency in AI prototyping tools and experience with design systems
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on outcomes
• Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
