Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer for a full-time remote position who will own the web design system, lead UX strategy for digital properties, and ensure all web experiences are purposeful and conversion-focused.

Key responsibilities

• Build and govern a comprehensive design system in Figma, ensuring adherence to brand and design standards
• Lead UX research initiatives to inform design decisions and translate business goals into clear user flows and prototypes
• Produce polished, developer-ready Figma files and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end web design work
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
• Mastery of Figma and deep expertise in UX methodologies, including user research and usability testing
• Proven ability to build and govern a design system at scale
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and experience designing inclusively
