Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

To shape user experiences for complex enterprise-grade applications, the remote Senior UI/UX Designer will lead user-centered design efforts, conduct research, and create intuitive interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a contracted to full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design for workflows, case management, and operational dashboards within the application
• Translate complex business processes into user journeys, task flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Information Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise or complex digital products
• Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping
• Experience designing for enterprise platforms and operational workflows
• Proficiency with Figma and other UX design tools for design and prototyping
