Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

To enhance user experience for a growing technology company, the full-time remote Senior UI/UX Designer will maintain complex design systems, create consistent app interfaces, and collaborate closely with the development team throughout the implementation process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and elaborate on complex design systems
• Design consistent interfaces for applications and guide them through development implementation
• Develop hypotheses to improve user experience and collaborate with the development team

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing real projects, including at least one full UX case study
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex design systems
• Proficiency in Figma and Jira or similar tools
• Availability to overlap with US working hours (8:00-11:00 AM PT) for effective collaboration
