Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end UX/UI design process for complex enterprise applications, the full-time Senior UI/UX Designer will conduct user research, create intuitive design solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely on a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for complex enterprise applications
• Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer for enterprise software or digital products
• Strong experience leading end-to-end UX design and user research initiatives
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, prototyping, and design systems
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams throughout implementation
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1)
