Senior UI/UX Designer
Job Summary
To enhance user experiences for the Scruff and Jack'd app team, the full-time Senior UI/UX Designer will craft visually striking interface designs, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and contribute to design systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design clear, strategic, and visually exceptional interfaces and in-app creative
- Plan and conduct lightweight user tests, gather insights, and apply findings to projects
- Host design reviews and workshops to align stakeholders and generate ideas
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product design, UI/UX, or visual design, with 2-3 years in consumer-facing native mobile apps
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing collaboration with Product Management on user flows and polished design work
- Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and motion prototypes
- Experience contributing to or evolving a design system across multiple products
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, and storytelling for in-app surfaces
