Senior UI/UX Designer
Job Summary
To support the development of mobile apps for the Gay, Bi, Trans, and Queer community, the full-time Senior UI/UX Designer will collaborate with product managers and engineers to solve user problems through design, conduct user research, and deliver polished UI in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Craft clear and visually exceptional interfaces and in-app creative that elevate the brand
- Plan and conduct lightweight user tests, gather insights, and apply findings to ongoing projects
- Host design reviews and workshops to align stakeholders and generate ideas, ensuring effective collaboration across teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product design, UI/UX, or visual design, including 2-3 years in consumer-facing native mobile apps
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing collaboration with Product Management on user flows and polished design work for software or mobile apps
- Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and motion prototypes
- Experience contributing to or evolving a design system across multiple products
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, and storytelling for in-app surfaces and campaigns
