Senior UKG Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support the successful delivery of UKG Pro projects, the full-time Senior UKG Solutions Consultant will implement optimal solutions by gathering customer requirements, configuring the UKG Pro products, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional consultant to deliver multiple concurrent implementation and optimization projects for UKG Pro core products
• Host discovery sessions to gather unique business requirements and configure the UKG Pro solution accordingly
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to ensure customer self-sufficiency with the UKG Pro solution

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of consulting or human resource administration experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
• Configuration, testing, and data mapping experience preferred
• PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
• Strong SQL knowledge and proficiency with PC tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
