A company is looking for a Senior UKG Timekeeping Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, optimization, and support of UKG Timekeeping solutions
Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and assist with audits related to time and attendance
Provide guidance on best practices and mentor junior analysts within the team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR/Payroll, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG WFM Timekeeping
Proven experience in a large, complex healthcare environment
Experience working with unionized workforces and collective bargaining agreements
Strong understanding of payroll processes and wage & hour compliance
