Senior UKG WFM Consultant

Job Summary

To support client engagements, the full-time Senior UKG WFM Consultant will lead end-to-end implementations of UKG Pro Workforce Management and migrations from UKG Time and Attendance, while mentoring junior consultants and managing multiple client projects remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clients through the entire UKG Pro WFM project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and post-go-live support
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing best-practice recommendations and facilitating client meetings to drive decision-making
• Mentor junior consultants and create comprehensive project documentation, ensuring high-quality delivery and knowledge transfer

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Time & Attendance and Workforce Management solutions, with at least 5 years in UKG Pro WFM and/or UKG UTA
• Expertise in WFM configuration, including timekeeping policies, accruals, and scheduling rules
• Strong understanding of WFM implementation methodology and ability to lead projects independently
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and maintain professionalism in challenging situations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
