Job Summary
To support client engagements, the full-time Senior UKG WFM Consultant will lead end-to-end implementations of UKG Pro Workforce Management and migrations from UKG Time and Attendance, while mentoring junior consultants and managing multiple client projects remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead clients through the entire UKG Pro WFM project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and post-go-live support
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing best-practice recommendations and facilitating client meetings to drive decision-making
- Mentor junior consultants and create comprehensive project documentation, ensuring high-quality delivery and knowledge transfer
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Time & Attendance and Workforce Management solutions, with at least 5 years in UKG Pro WFM and/or UKG UTA
- Expertise in WFM configuration, including timekeeping policies, accruals, and scheduling rules
- Strong understanding of WFM implementation methodology and ability to lead projects independently
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and maintain professionalism in challenging situations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
