Senior Unbilled Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Unbilled Representative responsible for managing unbilled claims and ensuring compliance with billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve unbilled claims in ERP and/or Clearing House
• Ensure compliance with rules and guidelines for claims release and submission
• Collaborate with intake, insurance verification, documentation, and billing teams to clear and bill claims appropriately

Required Qualifications

• Experience in claims processing and resolution
• Knowledge of compliance rules related to billing
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Clearing Houses
• Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare or finance is a plus
