Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop employer group rates accurately and collaborate with the sales department to finalize rates
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Underwriters and Underwriting Trainees
• Manage cases with the highest level of complexity in underwriting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7 years of underwriting experience in health insurance
• Experience in large group underwriting (51+ employees) is essential
• Preferred experience in prospect rating, renewal rating, and self-funding
