Senior Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter to ensure the quality and integrity of underwriting decisions and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite a variety of mortgage loans, including Agency and Non-Agency products
• Proactively manage an assigned loan pipeline with full ownership and accountability
• Review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BA or BS highly desired
• 7+ years of mortgage experience required
• 5+ years of experience underwriting Agency and Non-Agency loan products required
• 4+ years of experience reviewing appraisals required
• Encompass LOS experience required
