Senior Underwriter

Job Summary

Evaluating prospective clients and analyzing financial statements, the full-time Senior Underwriter will support informed credit decisions while coordinating due diligence, funding, and onboarding processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and analyze due diligence searches, audits, and background reports
• Review and collate prospective clients' financial statements and cash flows to ensure accuracy in Sanction Requests
• Facilitate the handover of new clients to Operations staff and coordinate initial transaction funding

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Underwriter with a background in Factoring
• Undergraduate degree in finance or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Proven ability to review collateral and financial performance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of familiarity with documentation specific to Factoring facilities
