Job Summary

A company in the insurance industry is seeking a Senior Underwriter.

Position Responsibilities

Perform underwriting analysis and risk assessment for government contract lives and MedSure cases
Prepare and deliver complex new business quotes and/or existing business renewals
Collaborate with third-party administrator on sales and account management

Required Qualifications

2+ years of underwriting or financial analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business or similar
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs
Ability to work independently and in teams
Critical thinking, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills
