Senior Underwriter - Non-QM & Jumbo

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Underwriter - Non-QM & Jumbo.

Key Responsibilities

• Render approval or denial of mortgage loan applications in accordance with regulations and guidelines
• Analyze and evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers through financial documentation
• Review and recommend approvals or denials for Jumbo and Non-QM loans, and issue loan conditions as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sr. Underwriter
• 1+ year of experience with Non-QM and/or Jumbo loans
• Knowledge of current mortgage lending regulations and investor guidelines
• Ability to use necessary systems and software for underwriting
• Encompass experience preferred
