Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Renewals Underwriter to support underwriting operations and provide expertise across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily underwriting efforts and meet production goals
• Manage operational tasks and represent the underwriting team in interdepartmental meetings
• Design and oversee training programs for new and existing team members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of property and casualty commercial underwriting experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of underwriting, pricing, and risk selection
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of workers' compensation and commercial auto underwriting concepts
• CPCU, ARM, or Agent's P&C License preferred
