Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter (Commercial P&C Investor Property).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate insurance applications to determine acceptance or rejection based on underwriting guidelines
• Approve or decline applications within authority limits and issue coverage while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with the underwriting team and producers to achieve production goals and process applications efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of underwriting or related insurance experience required
• CPCU, CIC, CRIS, or Property & Casualty Brokers License is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software quickly
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to changing priorities
