Senior Underwriter - Remote

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter in Business Development, remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis and develop opinions on loss portfolio transfers and reinsurance treaties
• Provide due diligence and underwriting support for entities within the organization
• Attend meetings with brokers and clients to discuss reinsurance submissions and coordinate technical analysis

Required Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in insurance/reinsurance, particularly in underwriting, finance, or transactions
• Four-year degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• FCAS accreditation preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship
