Senior Underwriter - Texas Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter- Non QM.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mortgage applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Perform risk-based reviews on loans based on expected performance and ability to repay
• Input required information into the underwriting module accurately and within established time frames

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in underwriting borrowers with complex financial and income statements
• 2+ years of experience preparing cash flows on partnerships, s-corporations, and corporations
• Experience with automated loan origination systems
• Proficiency with automated underwriting systems such as Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector
• Knowledge of mortgage lending laws and regulations
