Senior Underwriter - TRI

Job Summary

Researching and underwriting transactional risk insurance policies, the full-time Senior Underwriter - TRI will draft, negotiate, and adapt policy terms while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify deal risks through analysis of M&A transaction documentation and financial statements
• Review M&A insurance submissions, prepare quotes, and liaise with brokers to secure business
• Support Senior Underwriters in the underwriting process and maintain relationships with brokers and legal counsel

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, financial services, private equity, or relevant underwriting
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree or Juris Doctorate preferred
• Experience with negotiating representations and warranties in transactional risk insurance
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
