Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans, including property and appraisal evaluations
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Loan Coordinators and fellow underwriters
• Assist in clearing underwriting conditions and ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in mortgage underwriting for FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans
• Current government certifications in FHA CHUMS, VA LAPP & SAR, USDA, and Conventional loans
• Strong knowledge of property appraisal standards and loan type requirements
• Ability to work well with associates, clients, and vendors
