Senior Underwriting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, USS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains underwriting internal and external reporting while coordinating risk management activities
• Leads training and process efficiency initiatives for case manager activities and collaborates with support services management
• Participates in associate development, including supervision, hiring, training, and fostering a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience (minimum 5 years)
• 5 - 8 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services
• 1-2 years of experience in a senior technical/professional, project lead, or supervisory position
• Ability to analyze and improve business processes and implement change
• Intermediate skills in Word, SQL/Query, and Excel
