Senior Underwriting Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of the Healthcare Finance business, the full-time Senior Underwriting Analyst will analyze loan origination opportunities, model financial projections, and assist with loan documentation and closing in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze potential direct loan origination and participation opportunities for healthcare providers and real estate owners
• Model financial projections and conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate loan repayment potential
• Prepare loan investment approval write-ups and coordinate investment closings with relevant teams

Required qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in audit, credit analysis, investment banking, or loan underwriting
• Healthcare lending experience is preferred
• Strong financial statement analysis and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office tools
