Job Summary
Supporting the Employee Benefits practice, the full-time Senior Underwriting Analyst will manage monthly client deliverables, create dashboard exhibits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly client deliverables and create dashboard exhibits
- Establish ongoing communication with carriers to monitor claims and support project-based work
- Apply underwriting and actuarial modeling tools to analyze claims experience and project renewal costs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with a carrier, preferably in medical insurance
- Working knowledge of medical, dental, and vision insurance market financials and products
- Strong mathematical ability and effective computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
