Senior Underwriting Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriting Operations Associate to support the underwriting process through operational management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational tasks including data entry, document management, and policy issuance
• Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and clients to gather necessary information and documents
• Assist in the development and implementation of underwriting operations policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or Business with 2+ years of experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience
• Preferred certifications include Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), Certified Insurance Service Representation (CISR), or Associate in Insurance Data Management (AIDM)
• Strong understanding of underwriting operations and data management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of industry regulations impacting underwriting operations
