Senior Underwriting Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Underwriting Process Analyst who will support Commercial Underwriting in achieving growth and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer service
• Collaborate with various departments to create and implement solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Lead the development of business process workflows and provide analysis to support key business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting or process improvement
• One or more industry designations desired (e.g., CPCU, AU, ARM)
• Experience leading project teams and facilitating training
• Project Management Certification is a plus
