Senior Urban Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Urban Planner to join their Water & Environment group.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability and infrastructure plans
• Conduct research and analyze data to inform planning decisions and ensure regulatory compliance
• Facilitate community engagement and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Geography, Public Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in environmental planning or sustainability
• Certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is preferred
• Knowledge of zoning laws and urban development processes
• Experience in community engagement and public consultation
