Job Summary

To support strategic administration and optimization of employee benefit programs, the full-time Senior U.S. Benefits Analyst will manage vendor relationships, lead Open Enrollment processes, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely or onsite in Chandler, AZ.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the administration of U.S. health & welfare, leave of absence, and wellness programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit vendors, managing performance and compliance
  • Oversee end-to-end Open Enrollment planning and execution, enhancing employee experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience managing vendors and leading Open Enrollment processes
  • Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms
