Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Manager to lead Account-Based Marketing initiatives for user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Account-Based Marketing strategy for user acquisition among high-value target accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales to define the Ideal Customer Profile and create targeted account lists
  • Design and launch personalized multi-channel user acquisition campaigns and manage the ABM budget
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing or user acquisition
  • At least 2+ years of direct ownership of Account-Based Marketing programs
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and complex sales cycles
  • Hands-on expertise in executing paid B2B campaigns across various platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
