Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior User Acquisition Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and optimize paid UA campaigns across major performance channels, leveraging strong analytical skills to scale acquisition and maximize ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day campaign management across paid UA channels, including bids, budgets, targeting, and creative rotation
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities at various levels
- Collaborate with Analytics and Creative Services to define strategies, build measurement frameworks, and enhance campaign effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 4 - 7 years of hands-on mobile UA experience with direct campaign management across at least 2-3 major performance channels
- Strong analytical instincts with experience in campaign-level data, funnel metrics, and ROAS modeling
- Proven ability to manage and optimize multi-channel UA budgets focused on performance and efficiency
- Hands-on experience with creative testing and optimization, collaborating with internal or external teams
- Deep understanding of UA metrics such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention
