Job Summary
Strategically managing user acquisition efforts, the full-time Senior User Acquisition Manager will oversee high-scale campaigns across various channels, control significant budgets, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Data, and Product teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and execute high-scale user acquisition campaigns across social, search, SDK networks, and DSPs
- Utilize pLTV and fROAS modeling to refine bid strategies and maximize budget efficiency
- Develop and implement data-backed creative testing frameworks to optimize performance and iterate on winning concepts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing within the mobile gaming sector
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets with a focus on ROI
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with MMPs and DSPs
- Familiarity with pLTV modeling and ROAS-based bidding strategies
