Senior User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer for their Commercial Banking Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic monitoring and enhancement of the digital user experience for banking products and services
• Provide support for digital products and corporate initiatives, potentially mentoring less experienced designers
• Conduct user testing to ensure successful design implementations and develop analytic processes for monitoring user engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in User Design, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Preferred experience in the Financial Services Industry, particularly with commercial banking platforms
• Proficiency in design systems, user research, Figma, Jira, and Confluence
• Ability to work within an Agile environment
• Understanding of payments products for commercial banking clients
