Senior User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently designs user experiences for complex products and manages associated costs and design methods
• Directs and mentors designers in both design and research
• Develops innovative solutions using human-centered design methods to support strategic business objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5 or more years of experience in User Experience (UX) design
• In-depth knowledge of UX, Customer Experience (CX), and technical standards
• Experience with complex transactional business models
• Proficiency in design programs such as Adobe, Figma, and Mural
• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to produce prototypes
