Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and define user flows
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to drive iterative design improvements
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while evolving the design system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in UX design, HCI, or related field with 6+ years of experience
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and strategic impact on product direction
• Deep proficiency with Figma
• Ability to drive alignment across product, engineering, and design teams
• Must be a US person (citizen, national, or Green Card holder)
