Job Summary

Passionate about creating impactful digital experiences, the full-time Senior User Experience Designer will lead product design for high school coaches and athletes, focusing on user research, visual storytelling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while being open to remote candidates in various U.S. cities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to uncover latent needs and translate insights into actionable design strategies
• Craft and communicate compelling design concepts that align with customer and business needs
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define requirements and deliver focused digital user experiences

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in low and high fidelity prototyping tools and wireframing techniques
• Experience with modern component-based design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Ability to think critically about user interactions and address complex design challenges
