Senior User Experience Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design of accounting integration surfaces, the full-time Senior User Experience Designer will create user-friendly experiences for property managers and accountants, focusing on complex workflows and error states in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end design for accounting integration surfaces, including bank feeds and sync error states
• Set the experience vision and collaborate with product management and engineering to drive design decisions
• Conduct user research to validate design choices and identify new integration opportunities

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing complex workflows, preferably in fintech or related domains
• Proven portfolio showcasing design process and impact in technical environments
• Experience with credential or authentication flows and data synchronization surfaces
• Strong understanding of designing data-dense interfaces with a focus on information hierarchy
• Ability to measure design impact using product analytics for continuous improvement
