Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement and drive digital innovation, the full-time Senior User Experience Design Specialist will develop competitive cloud solutions and design user experiences for business applications in a hybrid work model based in Palo Alto, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop user experience concepts for business applications, ensuring relevance and user feedback integration
- Utilize user research and usability testing methodologies to inform design decisions and improve customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and govern design systems that enhance enterprise applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field with six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with four years of experience
- Experience in user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping using tools like Figma and Sketch
- Proficiency in interaction design, including user flows and navigation patterns
- Knowledge of enterprise data visualization and analytics, particularly with S/4HANA data integration
- Experience with UI/UX design for immersive technologies such as AR, VR, and 3D visualization
