Senior User Experience Designer
Job Summary
Leading end-to-end design initiatives, the full-time Senior User Experience Designer will create intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business results in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UX initiatives from discovery through launch, designing customer journeys and prototypes
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives
- Contribute to product strategy and design system evolution by using data to inform decisions and advocating for design quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products and experiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and shipped products
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and experience with user research
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools, including AI-powered design tools
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
