Senior User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research studies from planning to analysis, delivering actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define research methodologies and advocate for user-centered solutions
• Present research findings and product ideas to design and technical teams to influence product development

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of hands-on research experience in an industry setting
• Expertise in mixed methods research, both qualitative and quantitative
• Strong understanding of technology development cycles
• Experience with remote research tools (e.g., UserZoom, UserTesting)
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, HCI, cognitive science) is preferred
