Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement continuous research programs to understand user needs and behaviors
• Lead the development of behavioral archetypes, journey maps, and user segmentation models
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed research into strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in user research, design research, or behavioral insight roles
• Proven experience with strategic modeling, including archetypes and service blueprints
• Strong background in continuous discovery models and mixed-methods integration
• Familiarity with research tools such as Dovetail or equivalent
• Experience in mentoring and establishing scalable research practices
