Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives to inform product strategy and improve the patient journey
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to ground decisions in user insights and behavioral data
• Identify high-impact research opportunities and define research roadmaps to guide product direction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing and user interviews
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for product decisions
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across product, design, and engineering teams
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced product environment is preferred
