Senior User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior User Experience Researcher to build and scale a comprehensive research engine that informs product strategy, manage research operations, conduct mixed-methods research, and lead strategic discovery efforts in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the foundational infrastructure for research operations, including participant sourcing and modern research tools
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing user engagement and executing surveys and focus groups
• Lead early-stage exploratory research to evaluate product concepts, collaborating with Design, Product, and Engineering leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a related field within a fast-paced B2B tech environment
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Proven track record in managing research operations, including compliance and participant logistics
• Strong understanding of business metrics, connecting user behaviors to revenue opportunities
• Ability to create engaging research artifacts using various creative mediums
