Senior User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

To shape impactful user experiences, the remote Senior User Experience Researcher will mentor researchers, turn insights into actionable guidance for leaders, and establish continuous discovery practices across products and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate research findings into clear recommendations that influence product and business decisions
• Develop and implement continuous discovery habits to enhance team efficiency and reduce assumptions
• Facilitate workshops and service blueprinting sessions to improve complex service experiences across organizational boundaries

Required qualifications

• Established background in UX Research, Service Design, or Experience Strategy with a proven record of impact
• Strong expertise in qualitative and mixed-method research, including insight synthesis and journey mapping
• Experience in building continuous discovery and experimentation practices
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders through storytelling and evidence-based recommendations
• Experience mentoring or coaching researchers or related roles
