Senior User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior User Experience Researcher will define research roadmaps, conduct quantitative and qualitative UX research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and digital experiences over a project duration of 5 months.

Key responsibilities

• Define the research roadmap based on business priorities and stakeholder needs
• Lead medium-sized projects from end-to-end and present findings to cross-functional leadership
• Design and analyze large-scale surveys and qualitative studies to derive actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in quantitative CX, UX, or Marketing/Customer Insights
• Extensive experience with Qualtrics, including advanced features
• Demonstrable expertise in data visualization for business presentations
• Experience in driving the creation of research roadmaps with Product Management and UX leadership
