Senior User Experience Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create user experience interface architecture strategies and lead program-level initiatives
• Develop strategic digital plans and oversee execution of experiments
• Identify opportunities to employ digital elements into operational plans and ensure alignment with digital as the core of the user experience

Required Qualifications:

• Eight years related work experience, with three years in User Experience or User Interface experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field
• Proficiency in conversational design and strategy
• Experience with tools used for creating conversational interfaces
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning basics, as well as the capabilities and limitations of generative models
